Depending on the structure of the spokes, it can be divided into spoke-plate spokes and spoke spokes.
Spoke Plate Spokes
Spokes and rims are riveted or welded together, for the use of wheels without inner tube tires, it is advisable to adopt a welding method to improve the tightness of the rims. The spokes of the car are made of thin materials, often stamped into undulating shapes to improve stiffness.
A plurality of holes are opened on the spoke plate to reduce the mass and to be beneficial to the cooling of the brakes while installing the handle.
Spoke Type Spokes Spoke spokes are steel spokes or cast spokes that are made into one hub. The steel wire spokes are only used for racing cars and some premium cars because of their high cost and inconvenient repair and installation. Cast spokes are used on heavy goods vehicles.
On the wheels of this structure, the rims are bolted and the special shaped linings are fixed on the spokes, so that the rims and spokes are aligned, and the mating cone is machined on the rims and spokes.
